Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort - San Lorenzo di Sebato

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy parking and stunning views from the balcony. the staff were friendly and gave us a tour of the hotel, making us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the special table reservation was a nice touch. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi on our balcony, enjoying the breathtaking view. the infinity pool was another highlight, offering amazing views and plenty of activities to enjoy. the food was delicious and the staff, especially Maria, were helpful with arranging our train journey back.

The bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were too soft, which made it difficult for us to sleep well.

The hotel had great facilities for Christmas activities, such as a cozy fireplace and festive decorations. the location was convenient, close to the ski slopes and other winter sports. the buffet offered a variety of delicious meals, including some local specialties.

The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. the pillows provided were also too soft and didn't provide enough support.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The infinity pool offered amazing views. The staff were pretty good too make my experience enjoyable, from their helpfulness at reception to assisting me with arranging my train journey back. The hotel provided plenty of activities to enjoy, and the food was delicious. I especially loved the gorgeous buffet breakfast and the friendly service from Maria and her colleagues.

Everything was spot on.

Spent my New Year here, great fireworks on the beach and surprisingly good all-you-can-eat buffet, especially the seafood! , the balcony offered a nice view of the city and beach. Cheap taxi ride to the downtown area from the hotel and the staff was friendly.

The room was not what was advertised online. It was dirty and didn't have the promised amenities.

the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with a range of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation with stunning views from the sun terrace. the staff provided excellent service, catering to personal preferences, and the location advantages were convenient with easy access to parking.

Although this hotel exceeded expectations, one minor issue was that the bed was too hard and the pillows too soft, causing a little discomfort during sleep. this aspect did not overshadow the great experience with the facilities provided by the hotel.
